Sending tracks

Tracks can be sent via Fidbak, our reliable file transfer partner. A tutorial will guide you through the procedure, helping you to prepare the correct audio files.
Online Mastering
Our Online Mastering service is very easy to use and allows you to make full use of our services without the need of coming physically to the studio. All your tracks that need mastering can be sent via the internet. Both state-of-the-art digital and analog studio gear will be used to obtain the best result. Activating the “Remote Mastering” option, you will be able to monitor in real time and in high quality all parts of the work from the comfort of your home.
How does it work?
Reference tracks
- One or a few selected reference tracks
For each track we usually ask for one or a few selected reference tracks that are in the ballpark of the sound you are looking for. This will help us in hitting the ground running by giving us already an idea of what you have in mind.
Quotation
- Quote and free consultancy
Once your audio tracks and the selected reference tracks are delivered, we will have a look at your project and advise you on the best treatment to perform and provide you with a quote.
Progress Updates
- Interact and listen remotely
It will be possible, during the whole work-in-progress, to liaise remotely with the studio so to provide ongoing feedback. Once the master is ready, if needed, we allow for two further revisions.
Payment
- Bank Transfer or PayPal
Payment can be done via bank transfer or PayPal. If the total amount of the work to be done is in excess of €300, a 50% deposit will be required before work starts and the final payment is requested at project completion.
Delivery
- CD Master, Streaming Master
The final delivery includes a CD master and a streaming master, along with a master of both the international backing track and backing track with choirs. All in pristine, high quality.
